Are you a trading company or a factory?

We are the factory specializing in the production of voltage protectors.

We have been specializing in the production of voltage protectors for 17 years. Our products are currently exported to countries all over the world, mainly in the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia, etc.

How many years has your factory been in business?

We started in 2007 and now have 100+ employees and a R&D team of 5 people.

Our current workshop is 4,000 square meters and the new one is 5,100 square meters. It is expected to be put into use by the end of 2024. And we have 4 SMT machines and 3 wave soldering machines.

If I place an order for you, how long will it take for delivery?

Our delivery time is about 5 weeks after deposit.

Can I buy small quantities first?

Some models accept small batch orders. Basically, MOQ is 2000pcs.

Can I get free samples?

Yes, but please provide your company information to make notes before sending samples. Samples are free, and the freight collection.

Is there a warranty? When does the calculation start?

Warranty is provided. We supply one-year warranty! If you need longer, we can extend it to 2 years or more, but the cost will be higher.

Can you provide after-sales guarantee?

Of course, after-sales service is a very important part of us. This includes technical support, after-sales tracking and quality improvement.

Can the outer box and packaging be customized?

Approve MOQ, we supply customized packaging. If less than MOQ, customized packaging will require extra cost.

Where is your company located?

Our factory is located in Wenzhou City Zhejiang Province, 15 minutes from the Airport and 45 minutes from Wenzhou High-speed Railway Station.

Are they all in stock?

Basically there is no stock excep some models, pls send me foto to check before placing the order.
